Pastor Edna Howard

Founder and President of Women of Blaze with the Word ministries and a full time minister, Pastor Edna Howard is Co-Pastor of Word of Faith Church in Kansas City, MO. Pastor Edna Howard began her faith walk as a child in her hometown of Columbia, Mississippi. As an adult, while residing in Los Angeles, California, Pastor Edna Howard began to deepen her faith walk thru service as the head of the church alter guild, counsel ministry and evangelistic team. "One of the things I'm most proud of is being honored by Rosie Greer for being one of the most rewarding soul winners for Jesus Christ while in Los Angeles and I was able to work with Paul and Jane Crouch as a counselor". Those experiences lead her to pray for and receive from God her call to ministry. Pastor Edna Howard was ordained under Dr. Phillip Goudeaux of Calvary Christian Center in Sacramento, California. Pastor Edna Howard’s basic trust with God and ministerial goal is to help the body of Christ mature and manifest thru the preparation and teaching of others to preach the gospel. Pastor Edna Howard is married to Pastor George Howard and the mother of five adult children and grandmother to six beautiful grandchildren; all are saved and active in the ministry.
